(1) Please submit scaled site plan identifying all ground signs with a minimum of (2) indicated setback dimensions per sign (E01, E02A, E02B, E03 and N02)
(2) Per city code, this site would be permitted up to (6) directory signs not to exceed 64sf each x 6ft overall height max with a minimum setback requirment of 15ft from property line. Signs E02A, E02B and N02 exceed 6ft overall allocation and must be revised and brought down to code requirements and meet the 15ft setback requirement from right of way.
(3) Sign E03 (Directional) per code is only permitted to be up to 6sf in area (proposed 6.25sf) and 4ft in overall height (7ft proposed). Please reduce size and height for re-submittal
(4) Please indicate the "Use, Tax Schedule number, License number, proposed sign square footage for western wall sign and check the "illuminated or non illuminated boxes" that apply to the submittal.
