CSFD Electronic Plan Submittal Services

Special Notice:

  • Customers must create User account, link account to a Company and be approved by the Division of the Fire Marshal before any documents can be uploaded
  • Create user accounts and link accounts to their company's membership
  • Perform maintainance of company information and account memberships
  • View existing projects and statuses for their associated company
  • Electronically upload PDF documents to the DFM for plan processing
  • Be notifed by DFM when project is approved or declined
  • Once approved customer can pay online fees and download final DFM processed documents
  • Fees are charged in accordance with CSFD fee schedules and are non-refundable
    Fire Construction Services and Fire Code Services fee schedules
  • Once paid, customer has 30 days to download final processed documents
  • Plans remaining after 30 days are subject to deletion
  • If any of the documents for a project are not approved, the entire project will be disapproved
  • No fees are assigned to disapproved projects and customers can download returned files immediately
  • Plans remaining after 30 days are subject to deletion
